I would like to make some knitted bonnets, booties and mitts for our prem baby unit. and wondered if anyone had any patterns for these or could direct me to a
sute that has free patterns

Just googled to find that our local Radio station has a stock of patterns for prem baby clothes.

Doreen have you checked with hospital that it will be ok and ehat they will accept them??
My reasons for this are that for the year 2000 our local scout/guide groups made 2000 sets of hats, bonnets and mits ( I know - I sewed most of them together!) only to be told the hospitals around couldn't accept them!! Not given any real reasons. Christine xxx |

Paul O'Grady was asking for them this week for babies in Africa I think. He said there was a pattern on his website. Not sure if it's for any other
items, but definitely bonnets.
