Am i wrong? could you sort me out please in my head , i
have sat here all afternoon thinking about this and if its allowed on here i would like your opinion. Well today my c&c membership ran out and ive been
wondering for ages wether to renew or not because of the hassle of trying to get someone on the phone when somethings wrong which has been often in my case and
have spent loads of money and time on phone calls to get money back, anyway miday i tried logging on to the magazine but couldent get on .When i emailed them
they said it was because my membership had run out this morning, ok but i asked why cant i log onto the back issues and the magezines i have paid for which is
from the very begining, they said my coment has been passed onto the team so i dont think anything will be done about it.
Do you think i am wrong in wanting the stuff i paid for in my thinking its like buying a magazine and when you dont get anymore they come and take it away which is wrong.
Am i going mad? should i have stopped a member no matter what and why does it always happen to me.
