Can anyone tell me why i cannot upload to my albums? i have been trying for the last half hour to upload a JPG image but keep being told can only upload
images at this time what am i doing wrong?

The image must be a JPG and no bigger then 700 x 700 pixels in size

I think the first time I tried, I had to resize, then it worked everytime; give it go,
