Spending |

Has got out of control. I've just checked how much I've spent in Joanna's shop since 25 March and it's over £100. Then there's the cost of
what I bought at Hobbycraft, Papermill Shop and The Works last week! So in less than a month I've spent loads and still look in the shop and want more. It
is getting beyond a joke.

best plan is never check the slips or
as we said to Lavvy the other day - a shredder, but i do conquer that this month has been a spending one |

Oh I've been the same lately, can't even afford scrape to go with the bread this month. Its always the same, you find something you really need and
think 'thats it, I won't need anything else for months..." BUT something else comes along that you just have to buy ...
I agree with Nikki - don't add it up and get that shredder out lol Claire xx |

Hazel - don't even go there - darent' even think what I have spent this month. Oh said the other day when I made a card with my Robo for my Goddaughter - ooooo is that your £200+ card! Have a slight feeling that he was having a dig at me cos I haven't used my Robo enough! Well perhaps now I could cut out some letters/words and then put them through the cuttlebug and add a flora doodle (would that make a new card a £300 card?

In that last two years I hate to think what I have spent, I wanted a Sizzix machine, so I got one (you know the red one) then I saw the Big Shot....now that
looks better... so I got one of those..... then there came the Cricut Expression NOW I REALLY WANT ONE OF THOSE.... so I got one, and of course all the bits to
go with it..... I saw that rubber stamp making kit last year on C&C .... now that looks impressive... I must have one of those... think what I could do
with that... so I got one... tried it once..did'nt get a stamp out of it.... so back in the box.... then there's the ..... now I better get two or even
a half dozen or so of those.. just in case I run out of them......SOUND FAMILIAR SO FAR..... then there's the... I love that image, where did it come from,
Ah!! that CD I must have one of those.... it arrives and you take a close look at the cover and realise that you already have it..........Sorry I can prattle
on sometime but I am sure you have all been there done that, and could write the book.
Phew!!!! Love Carol |

Hazel, the only way round it is to buy everything with cash then you can't backtrack and work out how much you've spent!

Oh, Eric doesn't mind me spending, it's me that worries. I think it's got out of hand. Every time I get something new I think 'where am I going
to put it?' I have drawers and shelves full of goodies and still the buying goes on. Guess what else I did yesterday? Even though I swore that I
wouldn't do it - I joined the C&C club again. My strong will lasted all of six weeks!
My membership ran out at the end of February and then this week they made
the offer of £20 for CD version membership. Eric saw it and said that I'd had enough out of them over the last few years it'll be a shame to stop now
so that prompted me. I received a small order from Sheenie Towers this morning, I'm expecting one more from Craft Creations and then I am not going to
spend any more, unless of course Joanna stocks/buys/designs anything new that I have to have. Hazel
PS I hope that means what I think it means Tina. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I have just finished my year end accounts and was shocked at how much I had spent in Joanna's Shop and also Sharon's shop as well as all the other
shops here and there!!!!!!
Think I will open my craft room as a shop!!!!! Paul x |

That's a good idea, Paul. I'm sure we could make quite a bit on the stuff that we have bought that 'might' be used.
