I'll hopefully be starting the cambridge diet next week after I have seen my doctor on monday for the medical approval you have to get before undertaking the diet.
Don't know if anyone has heard of it on here before, but, basically you drink 3 food shakes a day and drink loads of water.
You are supposed to lose a stone a month. I've tried Lipotrim in the past but couldn't stomach it after a while. This diet has much more variety of shakes and soups to use as well as chocolate coated meal bars to use probably after the first few weeks so you don't miss chewing.
I have just joined the cambridge diet forum and am getting loads of pre diet tips and tricks as well as loads of motivation. The before and afters are amazing!
I'm really looking forward to starting it. I have about 8/9 stone to lose so will be on it quite a few months.
I have tried loads of diets in the past so this is my very last huge effort to lose the weight that has been my curse all of my life.
If I fail on this, I don't know what I'll do.
It is quite pricey to use - about £30 - £40 a week, but if you compare that with the quality of life you'll have after a couple of months, you don't seem to mind the cash situation.
