Thanks I was hoping it would be gone by now so was worrying because it hasn't. I even had to go back to bed today which is unheard of.

Helen, that kind of infection can take a while - hope you are not suffering a lot though.

Just don't know how it could have happened as my scar is completely healed. I seem to be in pain all over with blinding headache and cold all the time.
Just been sat in a chair the last 3 nights. I don't know if it is what should be or am allergic to the antibiotics.

Helen, please contact your doctor first thing tomorrow, sounds as though the antibiotics are not doing the job, symptoms could be a more generalised infection.

I think it can make you feel generally very ill, and it can take quite a while to clear up, dont think it`s a reaction to
the antibiotics though , you try and rest and take care of yourself, think you need a bit of pampering,,sending you a ((((((((hug))))))))) think you need one..........Ann d xxx |

You are describing how I've been feeling since I had my heart op 5 weeks ago. Perhaps you have a bug - that's what I put mine down to, or perhaps I
need to go and see Doc after all.
Hope you feel better soon. Hugs Marion W |

Helen cellulitis is a nasty infection which takes quite a while to heal up. What you describe sounds as though you perhaps need a different antibiotic.
Cellulitis sometimes needs intravenous antibiotics to clear it, and it often needs a combination of antibiotics. Contact your Doctor and explain to him that
you are still having shivering attacks etc and he will advise you further
