only because im going to the hairdressers, i know it sounds daft but ive not been for 13 years, i have just cut it myself, but once ive been its another tick
on my list
then this afternoon im off to getmy eyes tested, ive missed out on all these since having panic attacks, ive done the doc, only one left is the dentist lol |

what a great achievment sandy, how proud are you, big steps forward have begun.
and each tiny step forward is another pat on the back earned. with sheenie cheers. try n just feel pampered today at the hairdressers it's quite relaxing i find. have a great day. i'm all nervous cos i have a driving lesson in an hour, i've had lots so i should be ok, i know this, but now john is saying i should be putting in for my test (i passed theory on friday) n now i'm thinking i'm not ready cos he still has to remind me of things, i have nothing to compare this with so i dont know if this is normal feeling. lol. sandy really proud you are getting somewhere andare determined to keep going. chell x |

Good on you. The last time someone cut my hair was about 10 years ago. My neighbour cut it for me, standing up - if I sat down then I would feel trapped. I
always cut my own hair but would love to have it done properly. One day I will.
