I e-mailed Sara at crafters companion, no reply yet. I then gave ideal world a bell, unfortunatley there was no chance of a refund as I had had the cd out prior to breaking it without a problem. Didn't really expect a refund but you've got to be cheeky sometimes. Hay Ho! Anyway another copy of the cd should be arriving today, so it's on with the kid gloves and into a new case ASAP. Clair

Changing the box on mine...could only use it when hubby was around, thought it was just me with me nails! Lovely impression of the circly thingy that hold it in place on my finger!! I expect Sara may be busy, but I am sure you will get a response, not everyone is as fast as Joanna ..... we should rename her supersonic lol

I'm really fed up waiting on it as I have all the stamps I bought from Joannas Shop and I was so looking forward to getting the CD.

Posts: 40 (25/04/2008 13:14:44) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Yippee my crafters companion cd has just arrived - I was down at my local sorting office chasing up some mail I was expecting about 20 minutes ago and lo and behold this very minute a delivery van pulled up and I got three parcels including my cd so I am now a happy bunny, I see what is meant by it being difficult to get out of the case but I pushed in some of the spikes with my thumb and found that it was easier to release that way. Hope you get your replacement CD soon.

I must say it is not as easy to navigate as some cd's but it gets easier with practice. Glenda

I thought it might make it loose, but it's fine, and much easier to remove.

I really had a job to get it out of the box this morning, so was glad I read the other thread. I too eased some of the middle lugs, and then it popped out, but if I'd tried to get it out like I usually do, mine would probably have broken too! I love the way they're set out, and find all of them really easy to navigate, mind you if it's your first CC Glenda, can understand you xx Jacqui
