Posts: 869 (25/04/2008 17:59:18) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Tags : None take my eldest son to a private clinic in Saltaire and I got there ok but when I came out of the clinic I followed the instructions and what a nightmare, when the sat nav instructed me to go round a roundabout there wasnt one it went completely mad my other son said Bradford is a shocking place to drive round,my sister thinks Leeds is bad she would still be over there had she drove instead of me, anyway 45 minutes later and a less than magical mystery tour I found my self heading towards Leeds, I was going to call in Kanban but it ended being miles away, I will have to do my homework for my next visit with him in two weeks time maybe I should imput Kanban as my home address then at least I can find my way home from there. We are in the next small town, Bingley, and have a relief road which is good for us but feeds all the traffic back into the road to Saltaire. Let me know when you are going next and I will try to help if possible. After going to Kanban myself I can understand why you don't want to miss the oportunity. Moira

Posts: 869 (26/04/2008 03:43:33) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Hi Moira thank you for your offer, I had no trouble finding Kanban the first time as I had a bit of knowledge of the area my brother used to live in Baildon at the top by the roundabout he had a craft shop which he shared with his friend and he was a master framer, thats where my self and my friend Meema 2 did our first ever hand made cards for many years ago but I wasn't into it then like I am now, we used to do decoupage and we were totally hooked at the time I used to do the decoupage then my brother framed them and I sold them in work at the hospital where I work, Kanban has some great papers and card and I thought ooh I will kill an hour whist I wait for hubby to finish work, I found my self a long way off Kanban,at the other side of Bradford the language in my car was a little colourfull with the traffic and being lost I must have gone more that 10miles out of my way, I certainly wont let that happen again Wendy

It said we were 1/2 an hour away at 12 midday and told me to exit a junction earlier than normal. Ooh I thought, a shortcut......no it took me right through the centre of Birmingam, which was a nightmare, and I arrived at the hotel 2 1/2 hours later! I was in need of a glass of the falling down water to calm my nerves but no, my sister said have one at the show. We got a cab to the show, walked around, and all the bars were closed! Safer to calculate the route on AA Autoroute and print it off! That way you know where you are going. Hugs jan x

That bottom road from Keighley to Bradford is a nightmare, it must have been bad for your brother joining it from Baildon. Moira
