im on ntl but i cant seem to get my router to work can someone help me though it thanks

Didn't think NTL existed anymore mine doesn't, it was taken over by Virgin Media. I had a letter months ago telling me the NTL would stop and offering
me a deal with Virgin that in fact was £5 a month cheaper.
