Well, l do not know what to say ...l have just got the cute companions cd the cd keeps getting stuck on the matching designs l just phoned Sara at crafters
companion when l have to use the phone l need 'typetalk service for the deaf' as l cannot hear on the phone. First time the operator said the lady had
hung up t l thought l had the wrong number and tried again and the lady hung up without give the operator time to explain that l could not hear on the phone. l
was so shocked at this as l thought times had changed and training with customers service with people with special needs are much better now that 10 -15 years
ago. l have just got someone to ring the number and got though straight away. l am upset my emails two days ago has not been replied.
