Sassie you sound just like me, it's always 'think I'll have another coffee (and a %+%) first'. We get there in the end though, don't we.

Just finished cleaning, got washing in the machine, filled the bird feeders, and going to make son and niece's birthday cards later on, after my coffee, and maybe a sarny, well it is lunchtime
It'll get done eventually won't it? No rush is there

Here's a tip Sassie - mow the lawn and trim the edge first. stop have a cuppa - wow doesn't the garden look neat - (no don't get to close the the
flower beds - you might see the weeds!) but from a distance doesn't the garden look grand!
Mags (what the eye doesn't see .........!) |

Quite agree Mags, mowing the lawn sure makes the garden look better. Can't summon up the enthusiasm to tackle the weeds just yet, so I'll just have to
get my sunnies out so I can't seem 'em, lol. Hope you are having a nice long planning session Sassie, and lots of refills in that coffee cup.

The trouble with gardening is, and the same with ironing (sorry for swearing!), its never finished because, with gardening, the weeds keep coming back and the
grass keeps growing, and with ironing things keep appearing again on the pile.! I love gardening, though, and feel really pleased with myself when it looks
tidy. Can't say I love ironing, but still feel pleased with myself when it is done, which isn't very often. I did have a purge on the garden and the
ironing over the weekend, though, and feel double-pleased with myself. Now I just have to keep on top of it all and not let it build up! Sighhhhh!!
I hope you have enjoyed your day of gardening, Sassie. Now you can put your feet up. Anne

Because John was so poorly last year not a lot got done outside and certainly none of the major jobs, mainly just a bit of tickling. So I have had 2 years
worth of lopping and tidying to do. Absolutely shattered now, and if I don't sleep tonight I shall want to know why?

Sassie - that is just too energetic. I'm doing it the easy way - a man with a strimmer etc is coming tomorrow - at 8am - and that will take some doing to
be up in time for him coming!! I guess my garden has 2 years of work needed - but 'maybe' when it's done I might just get up the enthusiasm to get
out there!.
