Our little doggie "Bonnie" who isn't quite 12 months old decided to raid my bag (which I leave in the kitchen) in the early ours of Sunday
Morning.
Unfortunately, I had a packet of Ibuprofen in there, which I take for my back, and Bonnie decided to chew them all and swallow most.
We only found this out yesterday afternoon when we washed her bed. This explained why she was down in the dumps and sick all over the place.
Vet was called and she met us at the surgery within 20 minutes and Bonnie was put on a drip straight away.
The house was very quiet last night without her and very sad to see her bed empty.
This morning I went to see how she was and thankfully the vet brought her out and said I could take her home.
She is being treated for stomach ulcers as a precautionery measure.
Nobody to blame, but my bag has been banished to the bedroom where Bonnie is not allowed.
