School trip, its the first time he has been away with the school. He has been away before with friends but this time no mobile with him so he cant send me a
quick text to tell me hes okayIt is going to be a very quiet 10 days, looking forward to tomorrow night as the school have set up a web site and they are going
to post pics and comments about the holiday. Hubby tells me to stop worrying as he is nearly 14 but that wont stop me!!!

i know just how you feel when my daughter was younger and went to holland for a week with the school i cried most of the time it will soon pass and he will be
home again

It never changes, I even worried when my son went on his honeymoon, now it`s flying lessons and i am panicking,

Oh he will have a great time am sure of that. Meanwhile I am thinking have I packed enough clothes for him etc, hubby said dont be daft he will only wear the
same outfit every day - hes a teenage boy!!!!!

Julie I think we all know just how you are feeling. Im sure your son will be having great fun and he is being well cared for!
Like others have said that worrying feeling never goaes away! Its quite normal and just shows what a great Mum you are. I still worry about my son who now lives in France and is married with twin sons! lol Enjoy the peace while you can! before you know it he will be back and messing up the house again lol Margaret xx |
