but i've been really busy studying, and finally all my exams are done for this year, i'm off now until the next term in September, so now i can have a
well earned rest. Mind you i really enjoy the studying especially as i'm helping raise money for the John Thaw foundation everytime i use everyclick.com,
and it does get used an awful lot
In fact speaking of that, i just got an email from Sheila (Hancock) today, to say she's really thrilled by my efforts with the site and what i've done so far, we've raised over £300 in just over 4 months, and there are only 12 people on it.
Sheila finishes her play tonight, and sadly because it's been in London i've not been able to attend, i'd really love to see her again, as she's such a lovely lady, and very down to earth, and kind. Mind having said that i'd love to meet Kevin (Whately) again as he was such a lovely fella when i met him in Oxford last year, you never know though in 2011 when it's my 50th i might get the chance to see him if he's still doing Lewis, when i go there again for my birthday treat.
I see i've missed out on several cd's of Joanna's, but i'm sure i'll get them eventually
, think i might go for that American Frontier one next, as i like the designs on
it, and it will be good as general cards, (i don't believe in just women and men cards separately everyone gets the same card with me).
Mind having said all of that i'm now working on scrapbooking more than cards, as i don't have that many cards to make per year, so for me it's better to do scrapbooking, and i love it, think i've found my niche, just wish Joanna's papers were large enough for scrapbook pages, but never mind.
Well that's all i've got to say for now, i'll try and come back a little more often, but can't promise that, once i start on a project i'm away with the pixies, and i've a lot of stuff on John that needs doing, that i've not had time to do with studying.
