AND iam always buying backing papers and i think why when i have all those cd's.............................. love june xx

I have just got my first CD and I thought the backing papers were a huge advantage for those of us who are not yet that great at co-ordinating a "look". The CD with backing papers, toppers etc gives those of us who are "creatively challenged" (as my friend would say) a very good shove in the right direction to getting something which looks like we meant it! I am sure that if Joanna is thinking about no longer providing these then there must be a good reason. However, it does seem a pity and I would certainly like a heads up if it is true (I might have a very long birthday list for all the CDs that already exist and I don't have!) Cheers Caroline

CD backing papers are good for a co-ordinated look, but when I want a contrast or something different I turn to bought printed papers. I just love the smell and the feel of newly purchased papers too, especially when they come in a pad!

Posts: 15597 (27/06/2008 12:05:08) Administrator Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Never say never - we are certainly not focusing heavily at the mo on backing papers as they sell far more slowly than the CDs as so many people like to print out their own ... having said think there might be a special set coming out in August - as to putting them ona CD no - think it's unlikely as we no longer deal with one printer that we did and they have all the artwork for the original pads and it would be difficult to retrieve it all - so no plans there at the mo - but you never know - I don;t close doors!

Not only are they great for backing but collage work too. While themed CD's seem to be very popular, having the paper to hand with the great variety available makes life so much easier!
