Started to rain very very heavy about a minute ago and within 30 seconds the road around the green in front of our house was a river. The green is a lake!!!
How glad am I that our house is a bit elevated from the road!! Doubly glad I wasn't out with the dog!!

We've actually got sunshine right now but up till an hour ago it was a different story!

Still very dark but the rain has stopped for the moment.
