I am afraid of heights, I am ok going up but can't look or get down, I did a small climbing walls and managed but I found the "trust" issue really difficult when being lowered down.

I am terrified of birds ever since a parakeet type bird got stuck in my hair when I was about 12/13 and flapped frantically above my head while attached to my hair. If anything flaps near me now I can be really weird. I have been known to throw myself to the floor to avoid a bird flying by me (most embarrassing) and I will walk the long way around a city square rather than through it if there are pigeons.

I also don't like rats due to an incident when I was a child where my father struck a water rats nest with Mummy and babies and Mummy attached, fortunately my Dad acted quickly and dealt with them but I have been frightened of them ever since and don't really like any rodent bigger than a Russian Dwarft hamster (& no tails!!!).
