I love my Actifry, if you haven't tried the Madagascan Beef from the Tefal Recipe book, do - it's yummy!

Here's one of my own recipes (if your tastebuds prefer something a little less 'full on' just decrease the garlic, chilli and/or lemon)

Zesty Chilli Chicken

Serves 3 (or just increase or decrease for less or more servings)

3 cubed Chicken Breasts
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped finely
3 lemons, juice and zest
3 cloves of garlic. finely chopped
1 onion thinly sliced
small waxy salad potatoes, halved lengthways (as many as your appetite desires)
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil (or any kind you like)

Mix together the chicken, chilli, garlic, onion, lemon juice and zest, 1 tablespoon of the oil, then leave to stand. (You can put these to marinate together as far in advance as you like to allow the flavours to develop, but if you don't have time it'll still be very tasty if used straight away).

Put the potatoes in the actifry, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the oil, cook for 15 minutes.

Add the chicken mixture and cook for a further 15 minutes.

Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes.

(You can save time by using Easy Garlic and Easy Chilli, the ready chopped stuff in jars, do use real lemons though - the zest makes all the difference)
