Ikkewol (7 on Valentines Day) has been diagnosed with shingles. She has a clump of about 12 Chicken pox type blisters at the top of her left arm (cervical
spine nerve) She's not very poorly - but a bit "under par". At least we had a Snow Day today (and another one tomorrow for her school and mine)
so that means that she's not missing anything - and I can stay at home and look after her!
We walked the mile or so into town to the docs this morning - played in the town park and made snow angels on the way back - stopping for a hot chocolate on the way. As we were all snowy anyway - we stayed out and made a snowman in the back garden...... then vegged inside for the rest of the day!
(for those Mario Kart fans.... Iklewol has now unlocked all of the 50, 100 and 150 cc circuits (all gold medals) and has now started unlocking the "mirror" circuits too..... HELP!!!! I might just have to use that hot flat thingy tomorrow to escape!!!
