Our local M.U. are celebrating our 25th anniversary, we are planning a finger buffet, sandwiches, sausage rolls, quiche etc. We would like to unclude some
gluten free bits and pieces, but none of us have any ideas.
Can we simply substitute flour with gluten free, or not. Recipies I have googled seem to add some sort of gum, is this essential?
