Some time back I pre-ordered some of the forthcoming Cuttlebug folders. I accepted that my CC would be charged straight away, but the email receipt didn't
show the discount I was entitled to so I waited until my CC bill arrived then got in touch with the company to point out the error. First they said my order
didn't qualify for the discount, then agreed it did and they would refund me £x. I had to tell them their sums were wrong and the sum should be £x.50 (not
a huge difference but I was feeling stroppy). I haven't had my next CC bill to see if I got the correct refund but will be checking carefully.
Yesterday I ordered 2 Martha Stewart punches from the same supplier. One arrived this morning. Excellent! even though a note said the other one was 'to follow'. Unfortunately the one I received was not one I had ordered, so it has to go back......... but not until it's convenient for me to go to the post office!
I don't think I shall bother to order from them again. And don't bother to tell me I should have ordered from Joanna - she didn't have what I wanted, and I do know how good her service is
