I went into the shop and chose what I wanted and went to pay. I didn't have my debit card upstairs so thought 'no problem' I can remember
everything. Duh. The start date and expiry dates are very similar and I must have got one of them mixed up.
It brought up a message 'card declined Code N, please ring.....'. I
went down for my card and I phoned and spoke to Pat who recognised me as a regular customer and offered to take my order over the phone. While I was talking to
her I backtracked and the order was still in view so I ordered as usual. It went through without a hitch. Thanks Pat, problem solved. Sorry to have bothered
you.
