I bought a new printer in march.It now will not work and they want me to post it down to the south of England to a service agent as there are none in scotland
for my printer,It will cost a fortune in postage.I do not fancy posting it to complete strangers.I am also very frustrated at not being able to print any of
Joannes papers.grrrrr

Ask for the address of their head office and CEO, then write a stiff complaint.

Take it back to the shop where it was bought - they have to send it to the manufacturers.

countrywoman i was thinking of taking it back to the shop but the shop is quite far away so hopefully I can get my soninlaw to drive me there.

One of the best places to buy a printer, or anything else for that matter, is Amazon. Their
customer service is second to none. My son bought me a dvd player which did not work, not Amazon's fault. He phoned them and next morning they were there with another DVD player and picked up the faulty one. He said their after sales was even better than their sales service and that is first class. I bought a new Canon Pixma printer from them and it was with me within 48 hours. ALMOST AS GOOD AS JOANNAS :-) June. |
