OH employers have always paid for ours but he is now changing job so it will be discontinued. It seems to be a minefield wahts out there with different download rates and speeds etc. What do you all use and would you recommend it? Thanks Janine

Have been a customer from the dial up days and no problems. Debbie xx

However, I'm looking to change as well, purely on a price basis, as £28 pm is just too much! J

Which includes all my phone calls as well. It is 1 gig down load, but I have never exceeded it yet and 500 mins of anytime phone calls again never exceeded it. If I did exceed my down load they would automatically give me an extra 3gig. I think the package is slightly different for new customers now but still a good deal, and I have never had any problems.

At the moment they have 2 offers digi tv, broadband, telephone and mobile for £40 per month all in, The 2nd is TV, broadband, and telephone for £30. Posts: 5113 (15/08/2007 09:44:21) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	I am will with Nildram for my broadband an independent company, never had any problems, always answer the phone, very helpful, no endless e-mails from them, no download restrictions, excellent also I can acess my e-mails anywhere in the world and my broadband can go anywhere with me, I dont have a phone package with them although its there if I want it, they do mainly deal with businesses I had them when I was running my own business so kept them when I sold up, but they do now do domestic,

I was back to BT within days. At leasst with BT you an always speak to someone and its free to call them. Sarah

Richard reckonmended BT as they Like us live in the outback so if there's a problem with the line or Broadband it's the same provider . oldbee

I never had a problem so can't comment on the customer service as I've never needed them yet. Jenny x

They have just changed their call centre and it's cheaper for Tiscali phone subscribers- 5p a minute, otherwise it is 10p a minute. My previous provider charged 50p a minute so I'm pleased about this. I have had very few problems with tiscali over several years. Janet

Can't comment on the customer services, as we have never had to use them. We have never had a minutes problem with them (at least nothing that other service providers don't have from time to time), and are very happy. Sue

Also free evening and weekend calls - a really good package but they have to be in your area. I was lucky because they have only just come into mine.
