Can I ask what you all store your cheese in when it's in the fridge please? I've just had to chuck out a cheese preserver I got from Lakeland as I don't think it's looking very clean when I wash it any more. Do I really need to get another one or is just an ordinary tupperware style plastic box I've got it in for the time being going to be okay? I'm sure I just kept it in something similar before I was convinced by someone this preserver thing was the correct thing to use, but can't remember as it was a while ago. Thanks for any help.
