Hi ladies
I have been a bit up and down over the last few weeks, a few bad habits starting to creep in, but pulled it back a bit this week with a 3lb loss. Weight loss total is nows 3st 9 + 1/2lb. I am feeling motivated again now, I really want that 4st sticker on my book.
I also have a couple of pairs of jeans that I bought in an M & S sale, oohhh about 6 years ago, maybe more. They are size 18 and cost £5 each and have never been worn, they still have the labels on. The reason being that I was a size 18 at that time, but these jeans were still too tight on me to be able to wear them (small size 18
). So they were put away for that day when I lost weight, and of course it never came, in fact I just got bigger and bigger. Well I came across them whilst having a clear out a while back, so I tried them on and I couldn't even get them past my thighs.
So they have been my benchmark, and now I can get them up, but not fastened. I am so determined to be wearing these jeans come summer, they are a stonewashed denim and will look nice with pastel coloured summery tops.
Hugs for anyone who is finding it difficult at the moment, keep trying and don't give up.
Loraine x
